How do I get the files?
When you make the payment you will receive an email that the order has been confirmed. Within 10 minutes you will receive a second email with a link to download your files.

What quality are the photos?
The photos are of maximum quality and different size. Depending on your wishes, there are photos suitable for the web, as well as for high-quality print. For each photo it is specified in detail what is its size, dimension and dots per inch.

I downloaded the file, but I can’t open it.
Most files are in .ZIP format. You will use an unzip program to open this type of file. Such a program is for example WINRAR. If you fail, then your version is older. Please update to a newer version and try again.
